The Impress™ system helps with precise coffee dosing and proper tamping, ensuring consistent results without mess or complicated handling. Electronic temperature control ensures stable conditions during extraction, which is key to a full-bodied, balanced espresso with a rich crema.
Technology and construction
The coffee machine’sbody is made from a combination of stainless steel and high-quality, durable polymers, ensuring structural strength and a long service life with daily use. At the heart of the system is an integrated conical grinder made of hardened stainless steel with adjustable grind settings. Extraction is handled by a 15-bar pump and electronically controlled temperature regulation (PID), which maintains a stable temperature during brewing, while rapid heating is provided by the ThermoJet® system with a power output of approximately 1,750 W, ensuring the coffee machine is ready for use in just a few seconds. The water tank holds approximately 2 liters, and the coffee bean hopper holds about 250 g.
