Sage BARISTA™ TOUCH IMPRESS is a home espresso machine that literally puts a barista on your kitchen counter. The clear touchscreen display guides you step by step through the entire preparation process – from grinding and tamping to extraction and milk frothing. The Puck Impress system ensures the correct dose and even tamping, while the Auto MilQ automatic nozzle produces silky microfoam, even from your favorite plant-based drinks. Compared to the older SES881 model, the SES882 also offers cold coffee extraction, so you can prepare refreshing "cold" variants in addition to espresso and cappuccino.
The coffee machine is controlled via an intuitive touchscreen display (including Czech). Just swipe your finger, select your drink, and follow the simple instructions on the screen. There are up to 8 presets (e.g., espresso, lungo, latte, cappuccino, flat white, babyccino, hot chocolate, tea) that you can customize to your liking. Grinding is handled by an integrated conical grinder with metal grinding stones, which grinds directly into the lever. The Puck Impress system ensures correct dosing, tamping with a force of approx. 10 kg, and final tightening of the puck by turning it 7°.
The ThermoJet heating system prepares the machine for use in about 3 seconds. The electronic temperature control system (±1 °C) and low-pressure pre-infusion help ensure stable extraction and better taste in the cup. The Auto MilQ automatic nozzle allows you to set the milk temperature from approximately 40 to 75 °C and choose from up to 8 foam texture levels. It works with both classic milk and selected plant-based alternatives. If you want, you can also switch to manual texturing and act like a real barista. The coffee machine offers automatic and manual settings for the amount of coffee extracted, extra-high space for long coffee, a separate hot water outlet, a 2-liter water tank with a filtration system, and a cup warming surface. The body is made of cast stainless steel and precious metal alloy.
