How to prepare it
For a cup of matcha tea, just add 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) to 150-200 ml of hot water at 80 °C (not boiling!) or cold water, depending on your preference. If you prefer a latte, first mix 2 g of matcha in a small amount of water (approx. 50 ml) and then add 200 ml of frothed milk or a plant-based drink. For the perfect experience, we recommend sifting the powder before preparation and whisking it into a fine foam with a bamboo whisk.
