For proper maintenance of the Kōno dripper, it is recommended to remove the filter paper immediately after brewing and rinse the dripper thoroughly with clean water. It is not advisable to wash it in the dishwasher to preserve its longevity and quality. This dripper is designed based on Japanese traditional coffee culture, with the original design adapted to brew coffee from medium to dark roast beans. The optimum water temperature for brewing is between 83°C and 90°C. This model can be used up to 100°C.
