Their Easter rooster, also known as Gringo Rooaster, is a symbol of light triumphing over darkness, and what better way to celebrate a new day than with a cup of honest coffee? This year's blend combines three micro-lots that together create an incredibly lively and flavorful experience. The base consists of two Colombian coffees, specifically Finca La Tierra processed using the Honey Anaerobic method and La Reserva of the Pink Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. This pair is complemented by Kenyan Chepnorio AA, which adds the necessary sparkle to the whole blend. The result is a full and perfectly balanced body with beautiful notes of peach, apple, and sweet caramel.
