The taste of coffee stands out more during multiple extraction, when pouring 30g/50ml/30s and then another 430ml, the taste was not very pronounced compared to multiple extraction: 1st time 1-30s 30g/50ml 2nd time 31-60s 100ml 3rd time 1, 01-1.30 min 100ml 4th time 1.31 min 230 ml

We serve this top notch coffee in our cafe and several perfect coffee shops in Prague, as well, everywhere I have a chance to sip this stuff I get just a great cup of filtered coffee. Sweet, crispy and refreshing fruitiness is the taste profile of this excellent Maracaturra variety. Well done Mr Big boy roaster, our customer are coming back for this one like heroin addicts
