Excellent coffee, I enjoyed it every day (often several times), perfectly balanced and pleasant aroma and taste.
Prepared through the Aeropress, I personally liked it best when prepared with a paper filter, compared to the stainless Able Standard filter. (12g, 90ml @90C, 1:30 inverted w/ 10s bloom)
