Hodně čajová. Jakože fakt hodně čajová. Tóny čaje, jasmínu a květin. Káva má dokonce skoro až tóny luční trávy (ale příjemné).

Decentní acidita, zajímavá komplexnost chutí

Obzvlášť vynikne jako samotné espresso bez mléka
Co si budeme povídat, 550 Kč je prostě fakt raketa.
Vzhledem k tomu, jak světlé je to pražení, jsem možná čekal, že to bude ovocnější. Ale i tak je to výborná káva, o tom žádná.
Recipe
Doporučuji hrubší mletí. Když vám to teče okolo 6 - 8 barů, tak chuť vynikne víc, než u 9 - 10 barů.

Aroma: peach, flowers, walnut
Fresh, it has savory aromas—tomatoes, mushrooms in butter. I recommend letting it stand for 4 weeks.
It needs to be cooked at maximum temperature, it's good, but I can still taste the mushrooms in it.

Absolutely great coffee, but it took a few tries before I got it right. It kept clogging the filter despite changes in grind coarseness, which led to over-extraction. In the end, Sibarist FAST saved the day.

taková nenáročná, ale zároveň byste jí mohli pít furt
