Paloma Coffee Roastery was founded in 2018 in the vibrant city of Wrocław as an honest artisan roaster of select coffee. Its goal is to create unique coffee experiences – from the selection of beans to the last sip. At Paloma, they believe that great coffee is the result of care at every step. Each batch is created from a selection of the best ingredients from verified growers and precise roasting, which aims to reveal the natural character of each coffee. Quality, sustainability, and respect for the craft are values that accompany the entire process – from the origin of the coffee to the moment it smells in the cup.
Paloma's story began seven years earlier, on a trip to Barcelona, where the founders decided to learn more about the art of roasting. It was there that the idea of connecting two worlds was born: the Spanish "Paloma, " meaning dove, and the Polish "Palona, " referring to the roasting process. For them, the dove symbolizes freedom—the freedom to choose, discover, and enjoy their favorite coffee. Initially, they roasted directly in the café, where guests could watch the roasting process and share their enthusiasm with the local community. Today, Paloma operates in larger, specialized premises, from where it sends its "pigeon mail" – hundreds of coffee packages heading not only throughout Poland.
