Milky Cake

DAK Coffee Roasters

Colombia, Huila

We can't get enough of it

A coffee, which bears the unusual name Milky Cake 🥛, is reminiscent of a homemade cake. At the second sip, you will also discover notes of pistachio, cardamom, or honey. Its delicious profile has been specially developed in collaboration between DAK Roasters and Cata Export, which sources the best beans Colombia has to offer.

I'm joining the "blew me out of my socks" crew
An incredible pastry touch: cake/sponge dough and vanilla frosting
Cardamom (probably, I haven't tasted it much) or other fragrant spices
Rich honey sweetness
In short, dessert in a mug

OH MY GOD...! This coffee literally blew me out of my socks!
Definitely the best coffee I've had the pleasure of tasting in recent months!
Even after opening the beans, I can smell the cardamom very strongly, even though it's more like cinnamon to me. :)
The taste is absolutely perfect! Something like a blend of cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla and honey.
The coffee is pleasantly sweet and tastes like a liquid dessert to me!
It's not often that I run to Kofio to order another pack right after the first sip, but here, one taste was really enough for me to know that this is IT.
I would definitely take a bigger package. :D
....and why - for all gills - must all the best coffees be limited edition?!
