A very intense, rich aroma—unusual for decaf
Really Expensive

Distinct chocolate notes
Although this is a dark roast coffee, it has an excellent complexity of flavors, with a pleasant acidity.
Great coffee if you want a luxurious but classic espresso. It really stands out without milk.
The body of the coffee is strong, rich, and "round."

One of the best espresso coffees I've ever had. It's a really light and modern roast.
A very juicy and fruity flavor with pronounced acidity. This is simply a coffee for someone who wants to try unusual, more modern espresso coffees.
As an espresso on its own, it's absolutely fantastic. I don't recommend adding milk to it.
Simply a harmony of flavors.
580 CZK for a pack of coffee is really steep, let's be honest—it's not the kind of coffee you'd buy often.
Recipe
Preparation method: Espresso (Lelit Mara X and La Pavoni) Coffee (g): 18-20 Water (g): 50-57 Water temperature: 95 degrees (as hot as possible)
Grinder (settings): You need to grind very finely for espresso. Because it is a light roast coffee, it flows through quite quickly. I used 2.4-2.6 on a 1Zpresso K-Plus. Process: 7-8 bars works best. I also tried turbo shots, which were quite interesting.

Beautiful coffee with medium roast
You always get dark chocolate and cocoa from it; it's impossible to go wrong with this range.
When properly prepared, it is balanced, with grapes and citrus fruits complementing the chocolate and wine.
If you prefer predominantly fruity notes, go for a lighter roast, as it is not easy to get a clearly identifiable acidity from this coffee.

Each method gives slightly different results, the filter is perhaps the best
The temperature must be carefully monitored, otherwise it will lose its balance
