Distinct chocolate notes
Although this is a dark roast coffee, it has an excellent complexity of flavors, with a pleasant acidity.
Great coffee if you want a luxurious but classic espresso. It really stands out without milk.
The body of the coffee is strong, rich, and "round."

One of the best espresso coffees I've ever had. It's a really light and modern roast.
A very juicy and fruity flavor with pronounced acidity. This is simply a coffee for someone who wants to try unusual, more modern espresso coffees.
As an espresso on its own, it's absolutely fantastic. I don't recommend adding milk to it.
Simply a harmony of flavors.
580 CZK for a pack of coffee is really steep, let's be honest—it's not the kind of coffee you'd buy often.
Recipe
Preparation method: Espresso (Lelit Mara X and La Pavoni) Coffee (g): 18-20 Water (g): 50-57 Water temperature: 95 degrees (as hot as possible)
Grinder (settings): You need to grind very finely for espresso. Because it is a light roast coffee, it flows through quite quickly. I used 2.4-2.6 on a 1Zpresso K-Plus. Process: 7-8 bars works best. I also tried turbo shots, which were quite interesting.

Please note, only 113g
For that price, it's utterly pathetic.
Classic infusion – like drinking coffee with currant jam
I keep asking myself how this is even possible.

Beautiful coffee with medium roast
You always get dark chocolate and cocoa from it; it's impossible to go wrong with this range.
When properly prepared, it is balanced, with grapes and citrus fruits complementing the chocolate and wine.
If you prefer predominantly fruity notes, go for a lighter roast, as it is not easy to get a clearly identifiable acidity from this coffee.

Beautiful pack
Coffee has a really great taste - very fruit, citrus tones, juicy. The taste is particularly standing on a pure espresso without milk
Very strong aroma - coffee beautiful smells, aroma reminded me of hot raspberries
Larger packaging (anything that has more than 250g is good for me)
Higher price - 500 CZK for 283g is already enough

I used coffee on espresso, but it is quite light roasted. At the beginning I had a problem to tune it and extract it well - you have to grind really finely. But when the coffee flowed under pressure of 9 bar, it seemed to me that a little lost and aroma, so I gave the grinding a little coarser and let the coffee flow under pressure of 8 bar and used a higher ratio 1: 3 He really got those fruit tones. Especially stands out on the espresso itself. I didn't try the filter.
