Method of preparation: V60 + Cafec Abaca filter
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 225
Water temperature: 96
Grinder (settings): 5.0 ZP6, burr lock at -0.5
Process: Brita filtered water. Double bloom: 45 g 30 sec each, then pour up to 225 g within 15 sec and wait. Aim for total brew time of 2:00/ 2:30 min. In my case 1:50. ref: Lance Hendrick method.
My first attempt recipe and I was very surprised by the result. Delicious cup! Maybe not the optimal one but a very good starting point for the next brew.
