A tasty, refreshing treat
I guess I'm not really a fan of watermelon, and even though I generally like co-ferments, this one was borderline spoiled-tasting. But that's really more the watermelon's fault…

I'm not really a fan of watermelon, but even though the flavor here is quite strong, I like both the taste and the smell. It's just right, and the flavor doesn't taste artificial. It's summery and refreshing.

Clear watermelon flavour
Sweet and quite clean for a co-ferment
Lime flavour fall a bit behind
Recipe
Method of preparation: pour over ice
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 195
Water temperature: 90
Grinder (settings): 75 (MAVO)
Process: trued both cold brew and pour over ice. Over ice I get some more complexity. Watermelon still present but also a bit "fresher" note, almost lime watermelon rind.
