KOMBUCHA????Últimamente no estábamos muy contentos con los resultados de nuestra clásica kombucha de té negro. Nos parecía o muy ácida, o sobre fermentada, o un poco aburrida... Por eso nos pusimos a experimentar con diferentes infusiones como limón verbena, manzanilla, o el zumo de diferentes cítricos, manzanas, zanahorias... Empezamos a notar que las kombuchas tenían más intensidad y complejidad. Pídelas desde hoy! •••••••••••••••••••••••••• KOMBUCHA????Lately we weren't very happy with the results of our classic black tea kombucha. It was either too sour or overfermented or too boring... That's why we've been experimenting more with different tisanes like lemon verbena, chamomile, or the juice of different citrus, apples, carrots... We realized they have way more depth and could be compared even with wines in some ways. Come try them yourself! . . . . . . . . . . . . . ????@knu.kim

Brazil grows approximately 30 percent of the world’s coffee, most of which has been planted, processed and sold expressly to accommodate the global commodity market. In the early 2000s small towns like Carmo de Minas and growers like Lilica started to improve planting, harvesting and processing techniques with the aim of producing specialty coffees. This has been made possible in Carmo de Minas because of the terroir, which supports high-quality products La Cabra have paid 363% above the market price for this coffee ($6,95/lb FOB).
