Our idea of what a good company is pretty simple: to focus on a thorough selection of high-quality coffee beans, precise processing, roasting and final preparation all with the utmost care.

To quote Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan: ”We analytical thinkers, we crow with top rankers”.  We create the profile of our roasting for each type of coffee beans individually in order to extract the best tones and flavours from them. We analyze, compare and are passionate coffee lovers until the very last sip. To put it simply, life is too short for a weak coffee.
