Absolutely great for cold brew (Hoffmann recipe)

Recipe
Method of preparation: chemex
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 120g ice / 160g water
Water temperature: 100C
Grinder (setting): slightly finer grind than usual for a filter
Process: ice cubes in a chemex, fold the filter, hold the inside of the filter with an outstretched palm and wash it with lukewarm water in the sink (this is quite an art), put the rinsed filter into the chemex (an even bigger art), Bloom 2-3x the volume of coffee for 1 minute, slowly pour in 180g of water. After extraction, mix in a chemex until the ice dissolves, serve in a glass with 3 ice cubes. Enjoy
