Great aroma on the grinder, but it started to fade quickly with the preparation process
I enjoy the tutti frutti notes in the background
I confess that this coffee had nothing to say to me. Lack of expressiveness even on the second try - weak chocolate/banana tones, overall very flat coffee expression.

I didn't like the coffee very much, but maybe that's just the preparation
I don't think it fits the V60

A touch of acidity and its transformation into chocolate fullness
I don't feel fruitiness in it - more like dark chocolate

Despite the stronger effect of fermentation on the taste, it is still a pleasant coffee with a full body.

After grinding, a nice and overripe fruit aroma
Too strong a fermentation taste that kills everything else
Bitter taste towards the end

The unground beans had a beautiful aroma, I was looking forward to the resulting coffee. Unfortunately..
I don't know how it is possible that there are fewer similar reviews, but with the classic V60 process, it gave me a very bitter and bitter taste. It will probably be the omni, but it tasted like I made an average espresso on the filter :(

the sweet aroma of roasted peanuts passes into the taste of summer fruits with a very low bitterness
tall body with a buttery texture
a pleasant surprise - for omni roasting, it is also very suitable for the filter

I guessed the country of origin ("Tastes like despair, it must be Uganda"
It has quite a distinct fermentation Funk, may not be for everyone. But I was happy to try it.
