Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the coffee, somehow the taste just doesn't suit me.
But maybe it's just my personal problem with blends, it always seems to me that there are different flavor profiles and as a result you can't really smell anything. Or maybe I just haven't figured out the right preparation method yet - if someone figures it out, I'll be happy if they write it here.
In any case, a big disappointment for me, I was looking forward to cardamom and gingerbread (I was expecting something in the style of Milky Cake from DAK) and I don't smell that at all from the coffee, the apricots probably stand out the most, maybe gingerbread in the background, but nothing dizzying.
If I don't come up with a preparation method that makes those flavors really stand out, I won't buy it again.
Even so, I give the recommendation, because it is possible that it is more suitable for espresso.

Coffee (g): 20g
Water (g): 300ml
Water temperature: 94°C
Grinder (settings): 22 clicks Timemore Chestnut C2
Process: at V60 Hoffmann, Tetsu Kasuya + custom process 40ml-130ml-130ml
