good filter coffee
A beautifully balanced blend with a very clean, tea-like body. The aroma and flavor are dominated by jasmine, bergamot, and juicy peaches. The acidity is fresh and lemony, and the finish is pleasantly sweet and long-lasting.
I didn't find any downsides; maybe the acidity is a little mild, but that's more a matter of my personal preference
Recipe
Brew Method: V60
Coffee (g): 18g
Water (g): 300g
Water Temperature: 92–94
Grinder (Setting): Medium-coarse grind
Process:
Rinse: Place the paper filter in the dripper and rinse it thoroughly with hot water to remove any paper taste and warm the vessel. Then pour out the water.
Blooming: Add 18 g of ground coffee, level it off, and pour approximately 50–60 g of water over it. Gently stir the coffee or tap the dripper in a circular motion to ensure all the beans are saturated. Let it degas for 45 seconds.
1st pour: By the 1:15 mark, pour water in a smooth, circular motion from the center to the edges until the total volume reaches 150 g.
2nd pour: Wait until the water level drops slightly, then pour the remaining water by 2:00 to reach the final 300 g.
Finishing: Gently swirl the entire dripper once to level the coffee bed. The total brewing time should be approximately 2:45 to 3:15 minutes.
