Process: Hario Switch, Origami filter, 75 ml bloom (35 s bloom) + 75 ml > release 1:45 > block > +180 ml > release 2:45 Note: Next time, I would add even more water and shorten the steeping time; the flavor was quite strong.

The price—those 40g containers are overpriced because of the packaging. Next time, please make it 100g.
