A limited batch from the Panamanian mountains. You will rave about this Panamafrom Mazelab with a sparkle in your eyes. It is delicate, precise, and yet unexpectedly distinctive in taste. In the cup, the juiciness of tamarind, mandarin, and pomelo meets the clean floral notes of orange blossom. The body is lighter and tea-like, with a long and sweet finish. As a limited edition, it works great for festive occasions—when you want to remind yourself how elegant and layered select Arabica can be. Just a few sips and you're on the misty slopes of Boquete, where a gentle breeze carries the scent of citrus blossoms and freshly dried coffee cherries.

Behind the beans is the Palenzuela family , who built the Agricola Geisha project on the steep terraces of Jaramillo. The family's farms are located in the micro-regions of Jaramillo Centro and Alto Jaramillo, where they grow and separately process the Geisha variety and other varieties, with a clear emphasis on purity of processing and precise selection of lots. The plantations are located at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, which, together with cooler nights and volcanic soil, contributes to the slow ripening of the cherries and the intense aroma of the cup. Agricola Geisha is one of the younger but rapidly growing producers in Boquete. Their work is attracting the attention of exporters and competition juries, confirming Boquete's reputation as one of the world's iconic Geisha destinations.

This lot is naturally processed , i.e., dried in whole cherries. After careful hand-picking, healthy, fully ripe fruits are sorted and spread out in a thin layer; during slow drying, the cherries are turned regularly to prevent local overheating and unwanted fermentation. The skin and pulp naturally transfer sugars and aromatic precursors to the beans, which manifests itself in the cup as sweetness and rich fruity tones. Combined with Geisha genetics, the result is a profile that retains floral elegance but also has a clear citrus line—precisely those tamarind, mandarin, and pomelo accents with a hint of orange blossom that will make you want to save this gem for special moments.

  • Altitude: 1,500 m above sea level.
