The coffee is really good
If you're wondering how much it costs, it's absolutely brilliant

A nice, clean flavor. I tasted it 1, 2, and 3 weeks after roasting, and it tasted best after 3 weeks.

I really liked it in my cold brew last year, so I hope it’ll be available this summer too :)
It's also really good in a Chemex—it has a balanced flavor and subtle fruity notes

I remember this coffee from the summer—I’m glad it’s back!
I really love the balance of flavors here—the washed Ethiopian and the fermented Colombian—it works perfectly
There's no strong artificial flavor; it goes down easily
The description mentions "co-ferment," which can be a bit confusing; some people might expect something more pronounced, while others might expect a different effect
I received it fairly soon after roasting; I recommend letting it rest for at least 14 days—only then will its full flavor develop

Based on the reviews I’d read, I was looking forward to the fruity notes of tropical fruit, peach, and passion fruit in this tea, but unfortunately, none of that came through.

A balanced, pleasantly fruity flavor
Peaches and tea are clearly distinguishable
Once it cools completely, subtle smoky notes reminiscent of a wooden barrel emerge—but it usually doesn't have time to cool down :)

Nirvana is simply Nirvana. Normally, I would avoid blends and only enjoy single origin coffees, BUT: This one is good, even when prepared by less experienced hands. I took the Nirvana my husband had prepared to Dachstein, and it was a hit. Pleasantly funky, but also appealing to those who prefer sweeter coffees—so for me, it's a balanced blend where sweetness and fruitiness go hand in hand, living up to its name. ;-)
