I’m usually critical of coffee blends—after all, every coffee should earn its place in the sun on its own merits—but Nirvana is a shining exception. It’s a fantastic combination that I won’t forget anytime soon, and I’m already on my third package.
The fruity aroma hits me strongly every time I open the package—so much so that I almost regret having to brew the coffee and pour hot water over it.
But after taking a sip, my regret quickly fades—above all, I taste a rich peach, with notes of roasted tea in the background, as well as the juicy heat of the tropics.
It's also quite remarkable that so far, everyone I've made it for has really liked it—even the so-called "sour coffee haters." It's just the power of fruit. Truly Nirvana.

This is a coffee I love to make for my friends because it impresses even people who aren't usually big fans of specialty coffee.
The flavors are intense, beautifully distinct, and perfectly balanced. It has the sweetness and freshness of iced tea, but still retains a distinct chocolate-coffee character.

A nice, clean flavor. I tasted it 1, 2, and 3 weeks after roasting, and it tasted best after 3 weeks.

I remember this coffee from the summer—I’m glad it’s back!
I really love the balance of flavors here—the washed Ethiopian and the fermented Colombian—it works perfectly
There's no strong artificial flavor; it goes down easily
The description mentions "co-ferment," which can be a bit confusing; some people might expect something more pronounced, while others might expect a different effect
I received it fairly soon after roasting; I recommend letting it rest for at least 14 days—only then will its full flavor develop

A balanced, pleasantly fruity flavor
Peaches and tea are clearly distinguishable
Once it cools completely, subtle smoky notes reminiscent of a wooden barrel emerge—but it usually doesn't have time to cool down :)
