high quality beans
unfortunately Coffee Collective roasting style isn't light anymore. not even nordic light. its a medium to omni roast kind of profile now. too bad.

Nice fruity flavors
Hard to dial in because of long drawndown time

The flavor profile is spot on; once I fine-tuned the recipe, the cup has the tartness of rhubarb and the bitterness of black currants
I was expecting a lighter roast—it took me a while to get the brewing right (mainly by using a lower temperature to avoid bitterness)

A nicely balanced cup of coffee.
To be honest, I didn't detect any fruity notes in it; it was fresh, but I didn't smell any fruit. I've tried several recipes, but I guess I haven't quite gotten the hang of washed coffees yet—they seem a bit bland to me...
