Despite its darker roast, the coffee retains a pleasant acidity and is not overly bitter.
One of the better decafs I've had recently.
More roasted than I prefer
Recipe
Preparation method: Orea V4 (apex) + Melodrip Coffee (g): 24 Water (g): 360 Water temperature: 80 °C Grinder (setting): 1zpresso K-Ultra (12.0)
Process: Bloom with Melodrip – 100 g of water, 30 seconds; then top up with Melodrip to 360 in one step. Ready in approx. 1 minute 31 seconds.
