The strawberry flavor is a little artificial, but it doesn't overpower the taste of the coffee. It's not something I would drink every day, but my overall impression is very positive. It's just a nice, funky coffee.

Preparation method: V60 Coffee (g): 25 Water (g): 470 Water temperature: 90 Grinder (setting): Process: 30:50:50 sec

Good price for coffee with co-fermentation
You can definitely taste and smell the strawberries.
Compared to similar coffees, e.g. from Francin, a weaker result.
It could be fresher
"Strawberry flavor" is a bit artificial.
