I don't know if it was our fault but I think not, the coffee was really the worst of the whole calendar, smoky, bitter and bitter
I feel there is a mistake in this selection

In short, the roast level was more for modern espresso than for a filter
An empty, burnt taste, we could only imagine grapefruit
Blind tasting: 5, 6 and 18 - my wife and I agreed that 18 is not even from this calendar :)

Water temperature: 96C
Grinder (settings): zp6, setting 5.0
Process: pulse method (bloom 30g and lasted 1:15)
