I used the recommended 1:1:1 procedure from the Coffea Circulor website and it was excellent on the first try! Water (according to the Barista Hustle recipe) at a temperature of +95°C, 26 clicks on the Comandante.

Strawberries do not taste like acidity, but really beautifully fruity
Although it is Ethiopia, the taste will probably suit even those who do not normally prefer acidic coffees
