Nicely roasted, solid quality with no defects
The flavor profile depends on the effort put into preparation, the quality of the grinder, and the water.

White tea = Yes, a lot and like real white tea, such as Pai Mu Tan, Blueberries = No, not really, Peach = No, Citrus = Maybe some acidity, but more like apple than citrus, Grapes = Not really, Jasmine = A little in the aroma.
It tastes a lot like white tea.
Very good value for money.

Preparation method: All filter methods, but the relatively traditional V60 with Abaca filters works best – T90 medium dark roast or the green ones – CC1. Coffee (g): Water (g): Water temperature: Grinder (setting): Process:
