I am pleasantly surprised by the juiciness and clearly noticeable tropical fruit flavor.

The roasting date is not clear from the package (only the expiration date).

Preparation method: Timemore B75 Coffee (g): 15 g Water (g): 245 Water temperature: 93 Grinder (setting): ZP6 - 52 Process: 1:30 min bloom, then single pour approx. 6 ml/sec concentrated in the center
