This beauty from Guji will win you over with the very first cup! Shoondhisa from London roaster Square Mile is back in style – a bright summer bomb full of sweet notes of peach, mango, and jammy juiciness. This is a select naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia, roasted to a lighter profile for filter brewing. If you love fruity explosions and slightly sparkling cups, Shoondhisa is for you.

The coffee beans come from the Guji region, specifically from the Dambi Udo Drying Station, which brings together harvests from small farmers in the surrounding area. The Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 beans ripen here at high altitudes, where their complex flavor profiles develop. Our British friends at Square Mile have a long-standing partnership with the Sookoo Coffee group, which is dedicated not only to growing but also to the careful processing and export of the best coffees from Guji. They have been sourcing Shoondhisa since 2023, and this year it once again confirms its exceptional quality.

Shoondhisa has undergone natural processing, which beautifully highlights its sweet and fruity flavors. Thanks to the careful drying of whole cherries on African beds, notes of peach, mango, and ripe jam develop in the flavor, accompanied by a pleasant juiciness and fresh acidity. The ideal coffee for summer sipping – whether you prepare it as a morning V60 or serve it to friends at a weekend brunch. Shoondhisa is simply a summer classic that never disappoints.

Great Ethiopian natural, with a fruity aftertaste.
The mango is really present if you brew it with low agitation.
Not overpowering cup, great as a everyday cup with a little 'extra' taste.
