Water (g): 250
Grinder (setting): ZP6 (approx. 5.8)
Process: Bloom 50 g, 45 sec: 1st pour to 150 g, 1:30: 2nd pour to 250 g

Nice packaging
I can taste the paper flavor of old coffee in the coffee.
Either I'm doing something wrong, or something has changed since July, because there are only positive reviews here.
Not drinkable in a filter, better as espresso, but probably the worst Ethiopian coffee I've ever had.
