Another great coffee, just like before
Very light and floral
In my opinion, "rose" might be a good way to describe it
Sweet
I need to experiment a bit with the recipe; a 1:15 ratio and a coarse grind with a slow pour worked well for me to bring out the floral and delicate flavors more prominently.
Recipe
Brew Method: V60
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 300
Water temperature: 93
Grinder (setting): 6.1 Fellow Ode Gen 2
Process: 40g bloom to 0:30, 150ml to 1:30, 300ml to 2:15, ends around 2:50
