The taste is great - more sour, tea, peach, the description fits
Using the described method and the grinder/water temperature settings, the total preparation time was extended by about 30 seconds to 3:30, even though I started adding 100g at 1:15. Taste wise I'm fine, but from a process point of view this needs to be mentioned.
Recipe
Method of preparation: 4:6
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 300
Water temperature: 91
Grinder (settings): 35 Commandante cranks
Process:30g -> 0:40, +70g ->1:30, +100g 2:00, +50g -> 2:30, +50g -> 3:00
