Ethiopia as it should be
Surprisingly clean for a natural product
The card with information about coffee and the farm in the package was a nice touch.
Light, floral with pleasant acidity
It needs to be ground quite coarsely, and the temperature must not be too high, otherwise it will taste unpleasantly bitter.
Recipe
Preparation method: V60, T90 filters Coffee (g): 16 Water (g): 250 Water temperature: 88 °C
Grinder (settings): Kinder K6 95 clicks Process: 35 g bloom, after 30 s second bloom to 70 g, after 1 min slow pouring from a height in a small circle the size of a crown to 250 g Total time ≈ 2:10

Preparation method: V60 - 02 Coffee (g): 15 Water (g): 250 Water temperature: 94 Grinder (setting): Timemore C3 - 24 clicks (could be 22/23)
Process: bloom 40 ml and 35 sec. - then fill to 150 ml - from 1:15 to 2:00 fill to 250 ml (preparation time approx. 2:45)
