Are you looking for the perfect harmony of flowers and juicy fruit in your cup? This naturally processed Ethiopia from producer Fitsuma Bekele will enchant you with its syrupy texture and complex body. It is a coffee that tastes like a blooming summer meadow and a basket full of ripe fruit. The taste is dominated by sweet peaches and sugar melon, complemented by a delicate and elegant tone of elderflower. Whether you prepare it as a sparkling filter coffee or a refreshing espresso, you can expect a silky experience that leaves a pleasant hint of lemongrass in the aftertaste. It is the ideal choice for those who love pure and sweet "naturals" with a high degree of nobility.

The coffee comes from the renowned Gedeb district in the Yirgacheffe region, which is considered the cradle of the best floral coffees in the world. A group of 30 small farmers contribute to its creation, supplying their cherries to a drying station run by the married couple Fitsum Bekelem and Lensa Gari. Their Sweet Plus Coffee project focuses on maximum transparency and sustainability. Coffee trees of native Ethiopian varieties (Heirloom) grow here at an extreme altitude of around 2,020 meters above sea level, which gives the beans extraordinary density and concentrated sweetness that you simply cannot overlook in your cup.

Fitsum Bekele himself took care of the precise processing, using his many years of experience in international organizations to achieve top quality. The coffee was processed using the traditional dry method (natural), in which whole cherries are slowly dried on African beds. This process emphasizes its natural sweetness and gives it its famous syrupy body. Thanks to careful sorting and control during drying, the resulting profile is incredibly clean, without any distracting fermented tones, but with clearly discernible fruity and floral characteristics that are so typical of the Yirgacheffe region.
