Coffee does smell nice, more like flowers. Otherwise, however, it is completely uninteresting and hardly average. I expected much more from Ethiopia
Recipe
I first prepared the coffee according to my usual recipe for V60 22g- 360ml 96 °C,
Another attempt according to the recommendation directly from the roaster written on the label of the package (practically identical, only said to be 99°C). The result is no better. In short, you don't get much out of coffee.
