vinea (grape soda) - something similar, yes
myrtle liqueur (Mirto) - that's the one with a blueberry-spicy flavor, so yes
cashew butter, mainly in aroma and aftertaste, if you manage to prepare it correctly
balanced, smooth, easy to drink

You can also make espresso, or rather a pressureless espresso called "SOUP." But it tastes best when brewed traditionally in a V60, Chemex, or Aeropress—really, any filter will do.

I expected a much higher intensity, but it is surprisingly very mild and pleasant. Depending on the water temperature, it can have a slightly bitter aftertaste, so don't overdo it with the temperature. The coffee looks lightly roasted, but it is actually darker than it appears because it does not respond well to higher temperatures.

The intensity can be adjusted either by grinding the beans finer or simply by using more coffee. For the V60, I would recommend about 20g per 300ml.

A very mild coffee without any noticeable bitterness, dominated by smoothness and sweetness.
I prefer a weaker, shorter infusion and adding water.

Yes, I like it! :) Considering that it's experimental, I expected a stronger fruity flavor, but the "purple" aroma is there, more like dark grapes than blueberries.
Balanced, juicy, pleasantly sweet.
I like it a little more than DAK - Cherry slide

Delicate, elegant coffee
For me, pancakes with peanut butter and blueberry jam, like PBJ pancakes.
Lightly roasted, which I don't know why others gave as a negative
I was hoping for a more intense aroma, but it's fine.

dominated by sweetness - red grapes, milk chocolate, blueberry

complex coffee
difficult to prepare, very light roasting – I found that a higher temperature works best
Despite their complexity, the flavors are rather subtle.
definitely not for lovers of sour tones

All traditional espresso drinkers who dislike the more acidic taste of filter coffee made an exception in this case and praised the coffee highly.
Personally, I prefer more sour pieces, so I'll only eat this one occasionally. I have no objective criticism.

sweet
full of fruit - ripe strawberries (almost jam), hints of coconut, banana
It roasts quite lightly, so it's a little difficult for me to get sufficient extraction, but increasing the water temperature to 100 degrees helped.
