Rodolfo is back! And since this coffee literally blew my socks off in previous years, I had to have it this year too - and it didn't disappoint again!
This is definitely a Christmas coffee - if only because of the wonderful aroma, from which you can smell tangerines (and they simply belong to Christmas).
Tangerines can also be felt in the taste of the coffee - quite significantly. This makes the coffee pleasantly sour and juicy. The acidity is somewhat tempered by the sweetness of the candied fruit.
At the same time, notes of dark chocolate come into play, so overall the coffee has a very full body and feels "dense" - in short, the cup is full of flavors that change a little depending on how the coffee cools (the colder it is, the more chocolatey it is).
Sóbík is simply number one among Christmas coffees.
