El Salvador Purple Pacamara from Gringo Nordic is a coffee that will not disappoint. Its exceptional taste will immediately enchant you thanks to the combination of juicy plums, refreshing nectarines and ripe orange peel. Added to this is the delicate milk chocolate, which complements the whole flavour beautifully and creates a pleasantly sweet and balanced experience. This coffee is full-bodied, rich and, thanks to its complexity, will offer you a new experience with every sip.
The coffee is sourced from the Magaña family, who grow the coffee on their farm in the Apaneca region of El Salvador. This family has a long tradition of growing coffee, which has become not only their profession but also their passion. The Magaña family farm is situated in ideal conditions, at an altitude of around 1,470 metres, which is perfect for growing high quality coffee. Thanks to their meticulous approach to growing and processing coffee, the family achieves excellent results that allow their coffee to receive great reviews among experts and coffee enthusiasts alike.
This coffee is processed using the natural method, which means that the cherries are dried whole on raised beds for several weeks. This process allows the coffee beans to slowly absorb the fruity flavors, which are then transferred to the cup. Slow drying ensures a full and rich body with fruity notes that linger in your mouth long after the last sip. This traditional processing method is demanding, but the result is worth it - a coffee that is fresh, fruity and with a subtle sweet finish.
