A refreshing combination of flavors that will kick-start your day
Lightly roasted
There are few coffees like this.
You won't find any hints of dark chocolate or nuts here—the flavor profile described is completely off the mark for me (but who am I to argue with Tim Wendelboe?).
Recipe
The coffee is labeled as filter coffee on Kofio, but according to the description on the coffee and on Tim Wendelboe's website, it is an omni coffee. Preparation method: Espresso (Lelit Mara X) Coffee (g): 18g Water (g): 45 Water temperature: 94 Grinder (setting): 2.6 on 1Zpresso K-Plus
