Woman: Pleasantly bitter taste. (She doesn't know much, I ask her a day and a half later) Chocolate pralines with alcohol.
I don't know much either? A pleasant scent, like a rose? Weird coffee. From V60, like a circle of water and a strange taste in the middle, subtle but strange. From the aeropress with a longer time, like the outer ring of coffee (no longer water) and inside significantly like svestke pickled fruit, and heavier.
The woman liked her
Really strange for an attempt at a lower extraction. Which is both good and bad, where to write it? 4 stars said by a woman.
Recipe
Preparation method: V60/aeropress
Coffee (g): 10
Water (g): 170
Water temperature: yes
Grinder (setup): Baratza Encore (18)
Process: V60 45 s bloom, then top up with one infusion.
Aeropress investment method 2 minutes flower, maybe longer, another at least 3 minutes of infusion. Slow compression after wrapping children sometimes.

For me this was more on the interesting side rather than something I would love. It is also possible that I have overextracted slightly.
Earl gray is a bit too dominant for me.
