I didn’t really like the balsamic side-taste
Very persistent liquorice, it covers all the other aromas
Weird acidity as unripe fruits
Recipe
Method of preparation: Aeropress with Prismo and paper filter
Coffee (g): 20C
Water (g): 120g + 60g bypass water
Water temperature: 100C
Grinder (settings): 16 clicks Timemore C2
Process: Mixed coffee and 120g water, stirred vigorously for 10 seconds and then infused for 1 minute. Pressed for 1 minute. Then added 60g bypass water
