Finally, among all the coffees with fruity notes, one that not only smells but also tastes like fruit :)

Every sip of this delicious drink made my knees weak. This coffee must have been created by the coffee gods themselves, otherwise I cannot explain its taste.

Beautifully harmonious
It flows much faster than other coffees, so you need to take longer breaks between each pour.

Deeply fruity without being overly sweet
Robust and hearty rather than light and delicate
Tastes of ripe plums, lavender, dark berries
Best without milk
This is a serious coffee to be savoured like a fine wine
Quite expensive, so drink slowly :D

Full flavor with pleasant sweetness and fruitiness
The taste is not overpowering, so you can drink it for a long time and it doesn't get boring as quickly as some fermented coffees.
It is really easy to make a mistake when using the wrong temperature, which leads to unpleasant bitterness.
Recipe
Preparation method: V60 Coffee (g): 18 Water (g): 300 Water temperature: < 92°
Grinder (setting): Kingrinder K6 ~ 100 – 120 clicks Process: The key factor is a lower water temperature, around 91°, because higher temperatures make the coffee bitter. I have tested several recipes and cannot remember it ever tasting bad.

Yes, it really is top-quality coffee, and the score must be over 90+. The flavor profile is spot on. I was surprised by the dominant lavender flavor, but the rest of the flavors are also present.
pleasantly sweet and relatively easy to prepare
considering the quality, basically inexpensive
Recipe
Preparation method: 1:1:1 in a V60, but it can be prepared in basically any way and was good in everything. It extracts well, but if you want something "extra," buy a Deep 27 dripper and divide the water into 5 parts instead of 3, because otherwise it will flow through really quickly. It's not that big of a difference compared to the V60, but that little bit of extra flavor is worth it.
