One of the top coffee I drank over the past year
The true distinctive aroma of raspberries and lemon grass accompanied by an intense, prolonged taste of milk chocolate and lemon
Expect a typical Geishe or Sidry taste profile, but with higher intensity and taste separation
Worked with all the recipes I tried on her
A little more expensive but was worth it
They had no bigger packs on Kofio: D
We drank it too fast
Recipe
Method of right: Single Pour + Samo Bloom
Coffee (G): 15
Water (G): 250
Water temperature: 90
Mlýnek (Settings): approx. 900 microns (gross)
Process: 50 degrees and 45g, 2 -minute extended bulooom, then single pour after 250g, no added agitation. Katsu Method 1:15 also worked well
