Colombia YOUTH from Dark Arts Coffee is a coffee that is as fresh and lively as a young person eager for knowledge. It opens up new horizons, just like youth, when we throw ourselves into the unknown with enthusiasm, courage, and determination. From the very first sip, this coffee will captivate you with its blackberry freshness and the subtle sweetness of apricot and persimmon, all beautifully complementing each other. Every sip is like a moment when you feel that anything is possible. And yet this coffee is elegant – no unnecessary exaggeration, just a pure and refreshing taste that lingers in the mouth like a memory of the good old days.

This coffee comes from the Tolima region, where farmers grow coffee at an altitude of 1,700 meters with respect for nature and sustainability. Each bean is the result of hard work and a commitment to the highest quality that is also environmentally friendly. Farmers have access to professional training and are constantly evolving. This is a coffee born from the awareness that for a good future, it is necessary to pay attention to detail, but never lose sight of the bigger picture.

The honey processing method gives the coffee a delicate sweetness and full body. After fermenting in anaerobic conditions for 60 hours, the coffee retains its freshness and delicate fruity notes, which blend beautifully with caramel accents. After 15 days of sun drying, the result is a coffee that has everything you expect – energy, freshness, but also depth. It is a coffee that will inspire and attract you with its personality.

  • Altitude: 1672 m above sea level.
