Nice rum aroma right out of the pack
Fantastic taste as americano
Great for cold drinks
Overall the taste is very interesting and reminds me some spiced coffee
Pure espresso is somewhat too intensive
With milk it is a bit strange

Matches the description.
Rum flavor with candied fruit and pineapple.
No chemical taste.
Barrel aged, really great.
Hayb = top quality. I buy it often.

With Haybu, you can't go wrong with barrels.
Not enjoying the aroma of barrel-aged coffee would be a sin.
The espresso itself has a pleasant rum flavor, light acidity, and sweetness, and I even detected a hint of pineapple in the flat white.
For me, it's a great espresso for summer, either on its own or in hot/iced drinks.
These packages are not compatible with the idea of pouring coffee straight from the bag.

Preparation method: Espresso Coffee (g): 18 Water (g): 45 Water temperature: 93
Grinder (setting): Eureka Mignon Zero – fine grind, approximately 1/4 turn before the stones begin to touch Process: Modded Gaggia Classic (pid, 9 bar): 18 g in 45 out ~ 23 - 25 s
