Strong strawberry taste
Pretty much what the DAK version provides but lower cost

A super-original treat, with lots of strawberries.
It's not for everyday drinking...

A very pleasant strawberry co-ferment
With the right mineralization, you can literally extract a perfect strawberry flavor from that coffee (co-ferment).

Brew Method: V60
Coffee (g):

Water Temperature:

Process: At 250 TDS and using a roughly 1:1 ratio, Tonik and Jamm managed to bring out an absolutely intense strawberry flavor from this coffee.
Of course, the coffee also works well with lower mineral content.

I used the beans exclusively for cold brew. The flavor was complex, bold, intense, and very interesting. I highly recommend them for cold brew.
Good-quality beans that are easy to grind.
I didn't get much strawberry out of it, but I used the beans while on vacation, using only an older portable grinder. I have another box at home and will use a proper electric grinder, hoping to make some strawberry ice cream.

A really interesting coffee. It tasted absolutely awful and a bit artificial when brewed in an AeroPress, but as a cold brew, it was a pleasant surprise—I’d even say it blew me away. It smells like strawberries, has a full-bodied, fruity, juicy flavor, and a yogurt-strawberry aftertaste.
The coffee is quite aromatic; it's definitely not something you'd drink every day. This is my first experience with co-fermentation.

It's great. The cold brew is fruity, delicious, and full-bodied, and the filter coffee is quite sweet.
You can get used to the smell of fermented strawberries. Yes, you can smell it, but if it's prepared well, it doesn't bother you at all.
I was a little worried from the reviews that it would smell like rotten fruit :D

It's been a long time since I've had something this delicious at home—I just can't stop drinking it. This roastery is my top pick so far.

I'm writing this review again because I've finally figured out how to get the most out of my coffee
This preparation has an excellent sweetness and a full body with an ice cream-like flavor
Acidity appropriate for the strawberry content
the intense aroma of strawberries
I stumbled upon the best recipe by accident; otherwise, the final drink always had its flaws :)
Recipe
Brew Method: French Press
Coffee (g): 14
Water (g): 260
Water Temperature: 100

Process: Pour water over the coffee; after 4 minutes, break up the crust, then stir the bottom of the French press for about 2–3 seconds. Let it steep for 5–6 minutes, then carefully pour it out; discard the last approximately 30 ml.
