Fragrant, very funky coffee
The strawberry flavor is actually quite strong, and you should keep that in mind
I'll definitely buy it again—it's a nice way to mix things up every now and then

A pleasant fruity taste and aroma
It is not too acidic
We've bought from them repeatedly; we generally really enjoy buying coffee from this roaster, and so far we haven't been disappointed

It tastes like strawberry chocolate
It worked really well for me when making cold brew. It was the perfect coffee for the summer.
For some people, it might be a bit stronger; it's a coffee with a relatively "more exotic" flavor
Great for adding a little something special—I wouldn't buy coffee on a regular basis

The name “Strawberry Ice Cream” doesn’t lie. It’s great hot, but this coffee is absolutely perfect as a cold brew.
Refreshing, sweet, with a distinct flavor profile—simply the perfect “girly” drink for a hot summer afternoon.
Recipe
Brewing Method: Cold Brew (Hario Filter-in-Bottle)
Coffee (g): 55
Water (g): 700
Water Temperature: cold, filtered
Grinder (setting): Wilfa Svart CGWS-130B (FRENCH PRESS setting; I also tried STEAP)
Process: Slowly pour cold water over the coarsely ground coffee through the filter until it reaches the top mark, so the coffee is thoroughly saturated. I let it steep for 18–24 hours.

A very pleasant strawberry co-ferment
With the right mineralization, you can literally extract a perfect strawberry flavor from that coffee (co-ferment).

Process: At 250 TDS and using a roughly 1:1 ratio, Tonik and Jamm managed to bring out an absolutely intense strawberry flavor from this coffee.
Of course, the coffee also works well with lower mineral content.

A really interesting coffee. It tasted absolutely awful and a bit artificial when brewed in an AeroPress, but as a cold brew, it was a pleasant surprise—I’d even say it blew me away. It smells like strawberries, has a full-bodied, fruity, juicy flavor, and a yogurt-strawberry aftertaste.
The coffee is quite aromatic; it's definitely not something you'd drink every day. This is my first experience with co-fermentation.

It's great. The cold brew is fruity, delicious, and full-bodied, and the filter coffee is quite sweet.
You can get used to the smell of fermented strawberries. Yes, you can smell it, but if it's prepared well, it doesn't bother you at all.
I was a little worried from the reviews that it would smell like rotten fruit :D

I'm writing this review again because I've finally figured out how to get the most out of my coffee
This preparation has an excellent sweetness and a full body with an ice cream-like flavor
Acidity appropriate for the strawberry content
the intense aroma of strawberries
I stumbled upon the best recipe by accident; otherwise, the final drink always had its flaws :)
Recipe
Brew Method: French Press
Coffee (g): 14
Water (g): 260
Water Temperature: 100
Grinder (setting): Fellow Ode 2, setting 8.1
Process: Pour water over the coffee; after 4 minutes, break up the crust, then stir the bottom of the French press for about 2–3 seconds. Let it steep for 5–6 minutes, then carefully pour it out; discard the last approximately 30 ml.
